Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Snap To It LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
 

1. Services

Snap To It provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialty services.

Service details may vary based on your request and the condition of the property.

2. Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing access to the property (key, code, etc.)

  • Securing pets if necessary

  • Communicating any special instructions in advance
     

Arrival times may vary depending on scheduling and travel.
 

3. Payment Policy

Payment is due within 24 hours of service.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Venmo

  • Zelle

  • PayPal

  • Cash

  • Check (left for cleaning crew)
     

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • More than 2 business days notice: No fee

  • Within 2 business days without rescheduling: $35 fee

  • After 7:00 PM the evening before: 50% of service cost

  • Same-day cancellation: 100% of service cost
     

5. Scope of Work

Our cleaning services are based on the agreed scope at the time of booking.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Items not accessible or not disclosed

  • Areas requiring specialized cleaning outside of our services
     

6. Limitations of Service

For safety and liability reasons, we do NOT provide:

  • Biohazard cleaning (blood, bodily fluids, etc.)

  • Mold remediation

  • Carpet shampooing

  • Moving heavy furniture or appliances

  • Cleaning areas above a two-step ladder
     

7. Satisfaction & Concerns

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address the issue.
 

8. Liability

While we take care to provide high-quality service, Snap To It LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Improper installation of fixtures or materials
     

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
